Crate was intact except one stave had a tongue that was broken that I had to glue together. A couple staves broke partially on the ends because the datos were too tight even when you were pounding on each end to keep it level. The grooved blocks were always used. Those were re-glued together.
Other than that, the building went together very well

However, after using it for a while, I can confidently say it's worth every penny. The quality of the Canadian timber is top-notch, and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail.
